U.S. Government Statistics Research Guide

Welcome to the BCC U.S. Government Statistics Research Guide. The statistics on these pages are collected by the US Government in order for citizens to have access to important numerical data.

What are Statistics?

Many US Government agencies collect data and report it publicly. For example, the United States Census Bureau provides data about the nation's people and economy.

Research in statistics can be complicated. Remember that you have access to BCC Librarians who will be able to help you make sense of the numbers and find what you're looking for.
