LusoCentro is an education center that embraces all Portuguese-speaking peoples, provides language training, and offers cultural activities and educational programs. Located in the Eileen T. Farley Learning Resources Center of Bristol Community College, the center includes a Lusofonia collection of Portuguese language books, reference materials, magazines, newspapers, and audio visual resources.
LusoCentro's mission is to educate the Bristol Community College community and to serve the wide needs of the Portuguese-speaking families, both recent and generational.
A main goal of LusoCentro is to maintain and celebrate the richness of the cultural diversity of Lusofonia. The Center promotes and organizes an array of activities throughout the year. All are open to the public and most are offered at no cost.

Members of the LusoCentro Advisory Board are volunteers representing the academic, business, and Portuguese-speaking communities. The Board supports LusoCentro and the community through educational, social, cultural, fundraising, and networking activities.
