The Purpose of Research
This semester’s readings focus on Food—how industries, marketers, journalists, chefs, body builders, scholars and others relate to it. You will now develop your own area of interest around Food and develop a question for research to deepen your understanding about a particular food-related issue. The goal of the annotated bibliography is for you to become so well informed about your topic that you can understand and describe your food-related topic from various perspectives.
